| Since China entered the information age,the Internet has become more and more an important platform for people from all walks of life to express their opinions around social affairs.Network public opinion shows a rapid development situation,and even to a certain extent,it is in line with traditional media and forms an integral part of public opinion expression.This article mainly adopts the field investigation method and case analysis method.On the basis of combing and studying a large amount of domestic and foreign literature materials,the paper analyzes the current situation of online public opinion response in A county of Henan Province based on the central topic of "Research on Network Public Opinion Response in A County of Henan Province".Identify the problems and analyze the causes.The main problems of network public opinion response in A county of Henan Province are as follows: First,the department’s sense of crisis is insufficient;The second is poor communication coordination;Third,the interaction of government netizens is not enough;Fourth,the network public opinion response power is weak;Fifth,network public opinion abnormal prosperity.The main reasons for the lack of response to network public opinion in A county of Henan Province are: First,the network awareness is weak;Second,the coping mechanism is not perfect.Third,the mass consciousness is weak;The fourth is not to establish a correct view of political performance;Fifth,traditional channels are not smooth.Based on the above analysis,based on the study of coping theory and the problems existing in A county of Henan Province,this paper puts forward an optimization plan,including: First,to raise the awareness of network public opinion crisis;The second is to improve the system and mechanism of online public opinion response;The third is to strengthen the interaction between the government and netizens;Fourth,strengthen the network public opinion response force;Fifth,we need to resolve the contradictions between the masses to the maximum extent possible. |
