With the increase of social requirements,the demand for high-quality research teachers is increasing.The cultivation of postgraduates for full-time Master-degree Education has become an important issue in the field of higher education.Understanding the current situation of practice ability cultivation of full-time Master of Education in a comprehensive university,finding out the problems and causes,and proposing targeted suggests are of great significance in improving the quality of practical ability cultivation for full-time Master of Education in a comprehensive university.Comprehensive university refers to a comprehensive university without the foundation of normal education.It is separated from other universities and researched separately,which makes the object of research quite innovative.It provides new ideas and new methods for guiding the development of teacher education in the future.The practical ability of full-time Master of Education students includes practical motivation,general practical ability,special practice ability and situational practical ability.Its characteristics include individuality,acquisition,experience,context,and subjectivity.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,around the educational objectives,curriculum setting,training methods,and quality evaluation,the following problems have been identified:1.The orientation of practical abilities in training objectives is blurred,and the unique advantages of comprehensive universities are lacking;2.The curriculum is not set up.Rationality and curriculum management are flawed,lack of training in situational practice in practical teaching,lack of implementation of educational practice;3.lack of practical teaching guidance methods in the curriculum,lack of practical teachers,practice teacher role is not fully played;4.practice assessment Not strict,and lack of comprehensive evaluation indicators.The lack of training of the students’ practical ability in comprehensive universities is due to historical reasons and practical reasons.In order to improve the quality of the training of students’ practical ability,the comprehensive universities should make more efforts.
