| Procuratorial organs are an important part of the judicial organs by exercising prosecutorial power to prosecute crimes,safeguard national security and social order,and ensure the correct implementation of laws.The main business of the procuratorial organs is to handle cases closely related to the interests of the people,the quality of which is directly related to their sense of well-being,while the main force in handling the business is the procuratorial staff who are concentrated at the grassroots level.It is therefore essential to build a highly qualified grass-roots prosecution force.The reforms in the New Era reform have enabled the procuratorate to flourish,but at the same time,the large changes in the working environment,pressure to handle cases,and promotion space have reduced the enthusiasm and creativity of the prosecutors,resulting in a slack mentality.The phenomenon of resignation has occurred,which has seriously affected the construction of a high-quality grassroots procuratorial team and even restricted the high-quality development of the procuratorial cause in the New Era.The root cause of this phenomenon is that the current incentive mechanism for inspectors has incentive deviations or even failures.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the procuratorial team,creating positive and effective incentives,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the procuratorial personnel,exploring their inherent potential,and creating a good working atmosphere are the issues that must be resolved to complete the objectives of the procuratorial work.In this paper,the grass-roots prosecutors in F County of Jiangsu Province are used as the research object,and the theory of incentives is used to thoroughly understand the problems of the current incentive mechanism through investigations and interviews.The enthusiasm and creativity of the procuratorial staff’s workcontributes to the procuratorial forces for the development of the New Era. |
