The Enlightenment Of Amartya Sen Justice Concept

Justice involves all aspects of a country’s development.It is a theoretical issue,but also a practical problem.Amartya Sen justice thought treats realizing human’ s substantive freedom,strengthening human ’s feasible ability as the core content.It solves the justice problems which concern the national and human’ s benefit from the practical level.Amartya Sen justice thought is different from the Western mainstream justice theory.It has connections and difference with Marx justice concept which guides by Chinese justice theory.This paper attempts to solve some critical questions about the construction of justice in China by digging and studying the thought of Amartya Sen justice thought.After comparing Amartya Sen justice with the Marx concept justice concept,we need to solve two important problems: Why do we need justice theory? What are the important issues in the development of justice in China?Since reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in the modernization process,but also faced many practical difficulties,such as the disparity between the rich and the poor,uneven distribution of social resources,the inadequate protection of vulnerable groups.These problems are also the critical problems of thought research.We should think and study the problems of justice from multiple perspectives,not only establishing a reasonable system of policy from the theoretical level,but also finding practical solutions from the perspective of social practice.This paper refers to Marx’s materialist concept of justice to find the enlightenment of Chinese construction in comparing research.
