Research On The On-the-spot Disposal Tactics For Extreme Violence Of Killing Others With Knives And Axes

In recent years,extreme violence by individuals has frequently occurred in our country,which poses a great threat to the safety of people’s lives and property.The use of knives and axes to kill others is one of the most important methods adopted by criminals when committing extreme personal violence,which seriously affects social security,stability and harmony.When dealing with this kind of police situation,the police often have a passive situation of bloodshed and even sacrifice.Therefore,when facing such emergency,how to use the limited police force to deal with such cases safely,legally,efficiently and reasonably is a difficult problem that both academia and law enforcement agencies urgently need to solve.To better deal with this kind of police situation,public security organs all over the country attach great importance to the formation of smallest combat units and the effectiveness of disposal.However,the research on the theory of the smallest combat unit,especially on the disposal method of killing scene with a knife and axe,is still relatively weak.Therefore,by means of the questionnaire and actual combat case analysis,the paper better explores the theoretical basis of the smallest combat unit and conducts research on the disposal methods according to the characteristics of such behaviors as extreme violence with knives and axes,thus better supplementing the research results in this field and provide academic references for the efficient disposal of such police situations.In the first chapter of this paper,the basis,purpose,significance,contents and methods of the research,and the current research situation at home and abroad in this field are expounded,and the importance of the research on the methods of dealing with the scene of extreme violence of killing individuals with knives and axes is clarified.The second chapter sums up the behavioral characteristics of 40 related cases through research,and based on this,gives a theoretical overview of the extreme violence of killing individuals with knives and axes.The third chapter summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the on-site disposal of the extreme violence of killing individuals with knives and axes by means of data analysis of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter discusses the core concept of the smallest combat unit,and adopts the questionnaire as data support to clarify the basic composition and function of the smallest combat unit in dealing with this kind of police situation.The fifth chapter expounds the disposal principle and general procedure of the smallest combat unit at the scene of extreme violence with knives and axes,thus providing procedural basis for the application of disposal methods.The sixth chapter analyzes the success and failure of six typical cases on the level of tactics,taking the smallest combat unit as the research perspective,and sums up what specific tactics should be adopted when dealing with the scene of extreme violence with knives and axes.
