A Study On The Countermeasures For The Construction Of Social Credit In China’s Ethnic Minority Areas In The New Era

In the new era,the credit construction of rural society in China’s ethnic areas will be directly related to the construction of an all-round well-off society in China’s ethnic areas,and also directly related to the implementation and realization of the strategy of rural revitalization in China’s ethnic areas.Only when the rural social credit is effectively constructed and the overall level of social credit in ethnic areas is improved can the common people live and work in peace and contentment,the society be harmonious and the country be stable.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the continuous development of rural social economy and the transformation of social structure in China’s ethnic areas,especially as the rural society in China’s ethnic areas is about to win the battle against poverty and the building of a moderately prosperous society,have highlighted the importance of the construction of social integrity in ethnic areas.If there is no integrity of rural society in ethnic areas,there can be no all-round revitalization of rural society in ethnic areas.The issue of social credit in rural areas of ethnic areas has become an important factor restricting the development of social economy,politics and culture in rural areas of ethnic areas.Based on the social good faith construction in the countryside in the new era of China’s rural social and economic development in national regions,this article attempts through the SWOT analysis method to our country the good faith construction in the countryside and the strengths,weaknesses and opportunities and threats of four aspects,such as a comprehensive diagnostic analysis systematically,at the same time through individual interviews and reference to other scholars survey data.Diagnostic analysis shows that: the current our country society in national regions integrity overall presents the positive development of good posture,farmers in the rural society overall integrity in daily production and life is better,most of the villagers are able to be honest and trustworthy,and good integrity of traditional culture and rural society in national regions got better inheritance and development.However,the diagnostic analysis also finds that,with the acceleration of urbanization in China’s ethnic regions and the frequent flow ofpopulation between urban and rural areas,the construction of rural social integrity in ethnic regions also faces some problems that cannot be ignored.Such as individual villages in utilitarian thoughts,easy to cause the credit consciousness is influenced by the good faith self-discipline consciousness is not strong,the family lack of good faith education,rural community party organization of rural social construction of spiritual civilization is a lack of effective guidance,unsound mechanism of rural society of the rule of law construction,easy to cause the social public life,production and living in the countryside,the neighbors don’t integrity,dishonest between masses,often appear the price cheating,false propaganda,etc.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses and analyzes the status quo of rural social integrity from the perspectives of internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of rural integrity.Based on interviews and data references,it puts forward the issues worthy of attention in rural integrity.The second chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the lack of rural credit from three aspects: individual,family,public life and production and management.The third chapter,on how to strengthen rural credit put forward corresponding countermeasures,mainly from the strengthening self-cultivation of the villagers individual integrity,bring into play the function of family honesty education,strengthening the construction of village party organization to the good faith guidance,give full play of the role of government in rural integrity education,and creating the atmosphere of good faith construction of rural social concern in the development of five aspects,such as to put forward to further strengthen the social good faith construction in the countryside and countermeasures in our country.
