The institution is an important organization for the government to engage in the activities of education,science and technology,culture,etc.,which is an important place for party affairs to be more intensive.Institutions usually set up more than one party branch,and the number of party members is larger in the number of public institutions,which brings great pressure on the daily management of party organizations.Main business unit staff daily work associated with the post,and the employee have many are party members or have intention to join the party,the party in the work activities of party members,including membership review meeting,study,social activities and other affairs of party members,these activities will take a lot of time,its content is quite important,therefore,how to coordinate and orderly organization party work become the main problem of institution party affairs development.Along with the development of information technology,the management of party affairs work in the traditional transaction process and content under the premise of effective information efficiency,will bring new changes to work for the party,the party members to guarantee the quality of the premise,jobs and better participation and in-depth,party affairs to play a bigger role in the institution.In this paper,the comprehensive management system of party members is derived from a university,and the existing members of the university are from teachers and students.The number of new party members and the strict quality control,and as our party has paid more and more attention to the party building work,this requires more challenges to the party work.The research of this system is in order to improve the party members integrated transaction management ability,and that the system will be adopted.NET development platform,Ado.Net application data processing technology,around the basic information management,party member to join the party affairs management,party member activities,examine the transaction management,etc.Design and implement the core business functions.In order to improve the efficiency of data processing system,the system also introduced the current front JQuery advanced technology,make the system server data processing pressure greatly reduced,but also improve the user experience degrees.This article will analysis of the system,design,implementation and testing process of concrete,this paper studies the process of application of UML modeling tool to analyze and design,make the whole research process more in line with the standardization production of software products.Through the research and application of this system,makes the party comprehensive processing capacity of a university in one step,as well as institutions of informatization construction of the party work provide certain information technology solutions.
