Exploration On Performance Evaluation Of Cadres At County Level

Strengthening and improving the performance appraisal of leading cadres is the basic work for the implementation of the central government strictly governing the party and cadres,but also to implement the central "four comprehensive" strategic layout and create the motherland northern Xinjiang bright scenery line of the inevitable requirements,to stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres,promote cadres to perform their duties under the new normal responsibility dare to bear,improve the level of scientific and democratic institutionalization of cadre appraisal work has very important significance.Based on many years of experience in organizing cadres,from the point of view of public management,the author has carried out a more specific discussion on perfecting the performance appraisal mechanism of cadres at the county level,in order to put forward some suggestions on the performance appraisal of cadres at the county level through this research.The full text mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is divided into two chapters,performance quantitative assessment,information assessment system and other concepts are described,and the theoretical basis of this paper is explained.The second part is divided into two chapters,performance assessment of the main content and basic principles of two aspects of the dalate flag cadres performance assessment status were described in detail.The third part is divided into four chapters,assessment methods,analysis and evaluation and the results of the use of four aspects of the cadre performance appraisal problems and reasons were analyzed.The fourth part is divided into four chapters,respectively,from the "focus on the setting of indicators,focus on effective use,focus on comprehensive and objective,focus on the combination of examination and application" four aspects,put forward suggestions on the performance appraisal of cadres at the county level.
