We will be confused if these problems are not solved.So it is necessary to probe into.The subject of this paper is: the first chapter is mainly about the basic theory of unincorporated organization,I will first make comparisons of the concept and extensions and judge the relation.Then I will introduce the rules of civil law countries,such an German and Japan.Besides,I will introduce their traits and classification.The second chapter is mainly about the reason why it can be the civil subject and I will analyses from the form,value and identification of law.The third chapter is mainly about the responsibility about the different pattern of organization.The last part is mainly about the registration system and improvement measures.I will analyze the existing registration effect in china and the effectiveness and feasibility of registration on unincorporated organization.Based on it,I will make a suggestion on the improvement of the registration system of unincorporated organization.
