Study On The Effect Of Owners’ WeChat Group In Community Governance

With the development of the Internet information technology,the Internet space and the real space are merging day by day,the influence of the network community surpasses the cyberspace.The online community is not only the product of a virtual space,but also merges with the real community in the aspects of community interaction mode,the network communitalization of the geographical community and the desubstantiation of the social organization.The WeChat group between community owners is the product of community network.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to play the role of community owners WeChat group in community governance better.Taking the WeChat Group of owners of Huayingyuan as a sample,this paper analyzes the spread of Huayinyuan owners’ Group through participatory observation,questionnaire survey,content analysis,in-depth interview and so on,and the role it plays in the process of Huayinyuan property conversion in community governance.It is found that community owners use WeChat as a social tool to discuss community public affairs in WeChat.On the one hand,this can focus on some specific issues,enable WeChat group members to focus their discussions quickly,strengthen the sense of autonomy of community owners to participate in community affairs,facilitate owners to participate in community affairs,and promote a more pluralistic body of community governance;on the other hand,it may also bring low discussion efficiency to reduce the enthusiasm of owners to participate in governance,the reversal of public opinion events cause trust crisis,interest groups control WeChat group public opinion damages the interests of the owners,owners in the group abuse affect neighborhood harmony and other negative effects.The paper also analyzes the the reasons for the negative effects,summarized as follows:the absence of government functions,the nature of WeChat group and the limited ability of community owners to participate in governance.In view of this,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to play the role of owner WeChat group in community governance better.In order to strengthen the leading role of the government,it should design the community governance system reasonably,purchase professional social service appropriately,publish the key information timely through online and offline channels;to improve the effect of WeChat group,we should attract the owners to participate by improving the design of WeChat group and improve the efficiency of discussion from the management of WeChat group;to improve the owner’s ability to participate in governance,the owner should consciously cultivate his participation consciousness and actively improve his media literacy.
