Research On The New Idea Of Rural Public Cultural Service In Hunan Province Based On Persona

Rural public cultural service is a public service to meet the basic cultural rights and interests of rural residents and the needs of spiritual and cultural life.It is an important part of public cultural service,an indispensable task for rural revitalization,and an important measure to continuously improve the spiritual and cultural life of rural residents.In recent years,with the attention of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the construction of public cultural service system has achieved remarkable results,but the gap between urban and rural areas is still significant due to the influence of geographical location,economic conditions,service methods and other factors.It can be seen that the key and difficult point of constructing modern public cultural service system in China lies in the countryside,so it is urgent to carry out reform and adjustment to promote the balance between supply and demand.This paper takes the rural public cultural service in Hunan Province as the research object,through the field investigation,distributes the questionnaire,collects and analyzes the statistical data,consults the data and so on,understands that the key problem and the biggest obstacle facing the construction of the rural public cultural service system at present lies in the structural imbalance between supply and demand,the composition of rural public cultural demand is becoming more complex,and the single model of public cultural products and services can not arouse the cultural needs of rural residents.We should give full play to the functional advantages of digital technology,open up the channels of information communication between government supply and farmers’ demand,and promote the solution of related problems.Based on demand-oriented,using persona technology,considering the influence factors of user distribution,user structure,user ability and user experience,the model of persona is constructed,and then through digital information technology and platform,the coverage and service ability of public cultural services are expanded and enhanced.At the same time,we should give priority to improving the utilization rate of existing public cultural resources,follow consistent technical standards and strict management norms,do a good job of cost control and performance management,and build a supporting system of rural public cultural services in Hunan Province based on persona.Rural public cultural service is the most weak foundation,the most existing problems and the most complex part of the environment in the development of publiccultural service.Only by taking the people as the center and the reality as the basis,and constantly exploring new ideas for the development of public cultural services,can we really improve the supply level of public cultural services in rural areas and enhance the satisfaction of rural residents with public cultural services.
