Neurosis,which can occur in any population,is the most common mental illness among college students.It has a serious impact on the mental health of college students,and has a rising trend year by year(Yang yuyan,2012).Neurologic problems,though not as serious as neurosis,can develop to the point of neurosis if they are not taken seriously.In psychological counseling,the consultant’s experience accumulation is important.The self-analysis of counselors in psychological counseling is also a part of professional growth,especially for novice counselors.After receiving psychological counseling from many undergraduates and postgraduates,the author selected the most representative female postgraduates with neurosis as the research object.The psychological counseling methods adopted are mainly cognitive behavioral therapy,satya family therapy,interpersonal therapy and psychoanalysis as auxiliary methods.The first stage is psychological counseling.The second stage is the in-depth interview method.Through in-depth interviews,the author and the visitors sort out life stories together,and make supplements and improvements in inconsistent places by comparing narrative materials.Then shows her the tortuous process of asking for help.Explore the factors that affect her psychological problems,effective factors of psychological counseling and the combing effect of life narrative.It is expected to provide useful reference for patients with neurosis and those around them.To provide theoretical reference and experience for the researchers in the counseling of neurosis problems,so as to obtain personal and professional growth.This study draws the following conclusions:1.Effective factors affecting the consulting effect(1)effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling;(2)satya family therapy is helpful to assist in solving the family relationship of individual cases;(3)psychological counseling has narrative effect;(4)the beneficial reference of self-experience reference to psychological counseling;(5)focusing on the positive is the key to consulting change.2.Thoughts on the treatment of female graduate students with neurosis(1)initial stage: combination of drug therapy and psychological counseling;(2)struggle period: coping with self-identity disorder period;(3)change phase: abandonment of immature defense mechanism;(4)critical period: treatment of anxiety.
