With China’s increasing international status and the implementation of The Belt and Road strategy,Chinese language and culture have been spreading around the world.Their influence has been expanding,so more and more foreigners have joined the team of learning Chinese.There is an intimate relationship between language and culture.To master a language,it is necessary to learn about its culture behind.As the teaching of Chinese and its culture to foreigners is becoming increasingly important,further development need more efforts on the original basis of the TCSL(Teaching Chinese as a Second Language),not only finding a way in teaching methods,but also making innovations in auxiliary means.Each language has its own songs,which to some extent reflect its own national culture.Now,many studies have proved that learning foreign language songs can effectively stimulate students’,interest in language learning.However,the study of Chinese songs for learning Chinese is insufficient,so the author selected the South Korean students from Zhejiang University as the object,including the undergraduates majoring in Chinese language with primary and intermediate Chinese level and graduate students with senior Chinese level.Combining with the teaching material analysis,teaching design,teaching practice and feedback,the thesis studied whether Chinese songs learning is helpful in learning Chinese as a foreign language.In this thesis,the author used multiple intelligence theory for teaching design and teaching practice.Some suggestions for the teaching of Chinese and its culture to foreigners were made based on the students’ feedback,hoping to provide an effective teaching method for TCSL.At the same time,it is expected to create an enjoyable learning method for students,which can enhance their learning motivation and interest,so as to acquire cultural knowledge in a more pleasant way.
