| The queer theory is a theoretical theory that emerged in the West in the 1990 s.Under the background of the anti-gay politics resurgence,it absorbed the modern theory of theory such as post-structuralism and social constructionism, revealing the operation behind "sex".The mechanism, emphasizing the constructiveness of identity, aims to break the two-point structure of comrades and gender of heterosexual hegemony, and provide a theoretical basis for the power demands of those queers on the margins of society. As an interdisciplinary theory, queer theory involves many humanities such as literature, sociology, and ethics. However,at present, there is little research on queer theory from the perspective of ethics. This paper aims to systematically interpret and evaluate queer theory based on the perspective of sexual ethics, analyze its possible challenges or impacts on traditional morality and sexual ethics, and reflect on queer theory based on this perspective. The queer theory emerged and the representative thinkers of the 1980 s,including Michel Foucault,Judith Butler, and Eve·Kosofsky· Sedgwick. The theoretical basis of queer theory. The core of this theoretical foundation is the social constructivism of sexual identity and gender.Difference and general social construction theory, this constructivism emphasizes the role of power and discourse in it;in addition, this social constructivism diminishes and even negates the role of biological factors in the construction of sexual identity and gender distinction.Based on this social construction theory, first,Queer theory understands the heterosexual system and its inseparable sexual morality and sexual ethics. It denies the natural, essential and universal nature of these systems, principles and norms.Second,in the deconstruction, the repressive powers contained in these systems, principles, and norms and their operational mechanisms are discovered,so that they negate the legitimacy of these systems, principles, and norms at the normative or moral level. This deconstruction provides a basis for queer theory to put forward its own value proposition and rights appeal. The queer theory advocates broader freedom and equality on sexual and gender issues, calls for moral respect and tolerance for sexual minorities, against moral and political identity labels, and against stigma discrimination. It strives to strive for a larger, safer and free social living space for sexual minorities. From the perspective of ethics,we see that queer theory poses a major challenge to both traditional and modern mainstream morality and sexual ethics. It not only shakes the fundamental understanding of these ethics, practices and doctrines, but also shakes its legitimacy.basis.On the other hand,we also see that the extreme social constructivism, which is the basis of its theory,is difficult to obtain support from relevant scientific research. Its power analysis also overemphasizes the suppression of sexual morality, but does not see it as a whole for society. The meaning of order. This has greatly weakened the power of its arguments and attacks. But in any case, the theory itself is instructive, and the value appeals and claims contained in the theory are largely justified. The political-social practices it encourages and supports have also expanded the marginalized sexual minority.living space.Linking to the reality of sexual minorities in China, the translation and research of queer theory not only has important academic value, but also has significant and far-reaching practical significance. |
