In today’s society, interpersonal relationship has affected all aspects of people’s lives.Bad interpersonal relationship is closely linked to psychological problems.Orphans are a unique population, and their growth environment and psychological state have particularity.Although welfare institutions meet physiological needs, they try to forget about their psychological needs. However, orphans have some serious problems in peer interaction, such as poor peer relationship, low popularity, obvious aggression and withdrawal behavior, etc.Peer relationship is the first step of interpersonal development and adaptation.Especially for orphans living in orphan schools, classmates and friends are the people they contact most. The establishment of good peer relationship is particularly important for their social progress. At the middle school stage, teenagers develop rapidly physically and mentally. On the one hand, they are eager to be independent,on the other hand, they are impatient to get support and security because of their immature development.Their peers just meet this psychological need. Therefore, this study will take the peer relationship of orphan intermediate school students as the starting point. What about the peer attachment status of orphan Middle school students with poor peer relationship, which is related to the security of attachment? The theory of internal working mode of attachment points out that the interaction experience between people and attachment objects will form a stable psychological representation, which can be expressed through self-model,other people’s model,self-others relationship model, and guide the individual’s cognition, emotion and behavior in attachment related situations. This theory expounds the root of the formation of interpersonal pattern.Middle School teenagers have formed a stable attachment system, whether like adults affect their relationship cognition,so as to affect relationship expectations? Attachment can be activated, affecting the individual’s cognitive judgment of stimulation. Is the peer attachment system of orphan Middle school students also able to be activated by attachment situation, which affects their cognition of peer relationship? In view of the above problems, this paper uses the combination of questionnaire method and experimental method to study the quality and characteristics of peer attachment of orphan Middle school students, the influence of peer attachment of orphan Middle school students on peer relationship expectation, and the difference of peer relationship expectation under different situations. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The level of peer attachment of orphan secondary school students is significantly lower than that of ordinary middle school students, showing a lower level of peer trust, poor peer communication quality, and a higher sense of peer alienation.Orphan Middle school students with different level of peer attachment have different expectations of peer relationship, which validates the internal working model of attachment, and the attachment situation can activate attachment system and affect the expectation of peer relationship among orphan Middle school students with different attachment levels.Orphan Middle School students with high peer attachment hold stable positive expectations for peer relationship;Orphan middle School students with low peer attachment level, peer relationship expectations are influenced by the situation, threat situation initiation enhances their negative relationship expectations, and safe initiation can improve their negative peer relationship expectations and enhance positive peer relationship expectations.
