| In recent years,the importance of teacher professional development has become more and more prominent,and it has gradually become a core element to improve the quality of education and improve the teaching effect.The special post teacher is a special teacher position established by the state to promote the development of education in the western rural areas.With the support of national policies,the special post teachers effectively supplement the teacher resources that are urgently needed in rural areas,and significantly improve the overall quality of teachers and promote them.The development of education in rural areas and the realization of fair education are of great significance.As the country gradually attaches importance to the professional development of compulsory education teachers,as an important group to improve the quality of rural education and improve the learning effect of students,the professional development of special-skilled teachers has already become a key issue of concern to all sectors of society and teachers.At present,the professional development of special-sector teachers is subject to too many factors,and the professional level of teachers is difficult to be effectively improved,which seriously affects the progress and quality of teaching in rural areas.The areas where special teachers teach are located in remote rural areas.Compared with other teachers,the professional development of special teachers is not only common to them,but also has their own uniqueness.Rural areas are affected by economic development,due to teaching.The limitations of conditions,the lack of economic support for the development of education,and the unequal economic development areas in terms of educational resources,teacher resources,and educational opportunities for students,resulting in backward teaching equipment in the compulsory education stage in rural areas,weak teacher resources,and teaching concepts.Behind,the teaching system is not perfect.Due to many teaching conditions,the efficiency and quality of English teaching in rural primary schools are relatively low.The students’ English foundation is weak,and students have a sharp contrast to the teachers who are deeply eager for English learning and seriously under-represented.The information of the rural areas where the special post teachers are located is occluded,the English teaching concept is backward,the English teaching time is short,the development is slow,and the English teaching environment and teaching resources are lacking.The special post teachers have heavy teaching tasks and great pressure,which leads to the professional development dilemma.In order to understand more comprehensively the dilemma faced by the professional development of primary school English special post teachers,the author has carried out research on papers using a variety of research methods.Taking the teachers of English majors in Fuyu City of Jilin Province as the survey object,they conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews.After in-depth analysis of the survey data and interview results,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
