| Body stability refers to the ability of dancers to maintain body posture,coordinate body balance,in the dance.In ballet,stability is the power base of ballet technique and also a part of ballet aesthetic principle.Through the stable control of body shape,body center of gravity,body balance,movement connection and dance shape,the dance technique can be fully exerted.However,compared with other types of ballet,dancers’ physical stability is faced with more challenges.Nowadays,methods to improve physical stability are relatively scattered.This paper takes pilates apparatus as an example to discuss and study the methods and effects of pilates apparatus training on ballet dancers’ physical stability.In view of the importance of body stability to ballet dancers,the first chapter of this paper first analyzes the relationship between ballet dancers and body stability,clarifies the basic concept of body stability,and discusses the key ability to achieve the body stability of ballet dancers.Through the second chapter,focuses on its characteristics and training,dance dance dance anatomy,physiology,sports mechanics and psychology of human body science theory knowledge,and the class of 2017 at Shanghai normal university by the 19 students to the gadgets of pilates training practice,according to the experiment before the indicators of test scores and the same curriculum for randomized experiment object,is divided into experimental group(10)and the control group(9),before and after the experiment to test the indicators,using SPSS software to statistical analysis of the two groups before and after the experiment.Finally,it is concluded that pilates apparatus has a positive effect on improving the body stability of dancers.On this basis,the third chapter of this paper on the pilates small equipment training methods are summarized and sorted out.In the fourth part of this paper,the specific significance of pilates training on improving the body stability of ballet dancers is elaborated.The research of this subject is conducive to the improvement of ballet dancers’ physical stability and the promotion and popularization of pilates gadget training in the domestic dance industry,so that more dancers can understand and apply this training method,and improve their own stability and various qualities and abilities of dance through practice. |
