The Study On The Bed-resources’ Distribute In The Z Hospital Of Baotou City

The allocation and utiliZation of hospital beds is a major event of the hospitals,and the number of allocation is related to the siZe of the hospital,and the utilization efficiency of beds is related to the level of medical quality,and also has an important impact on the level of medical care and the work efficiency of medical resources in the clinical departments.At present,there is quite different in the allocation of bed resources in public hospitals in China,the coexistence of shortage and waste of beds.How to optimiZe the allocation of bed resources scientifically and reasonably,and improve the utiliZation efficiency and fairness of beds and make them better serve the development of health undertakings,and has become an important part of the reform of health institutions in China.Based on this,this paper starts from the bed resources of Z hospital in Baotou,and makes a reasonable discussion on the allocation and utiliZation of bed resources through analyZing the existing problems and causes,and obtains the scientific evaluation of the bed resources of each clinical department.In this study,data from the turnover times of beds and utiliZation rate of beds in the clinical departments in the statistical report of Z hospital in 2019 were used to establish the efficiency index and utiliZation model of beds in Z hospital to obtain the operation status of hospital beds.Using the number of discharged persons in each hospital department,the actual total bed day,daily turnover times of hospital,using the normaliZation method,calculate the reasonable clinical departments open beds of the 95%confidence interval,whether it needs to be adjusted,and whether the number of beds configuration is reasonable,so as to provide the basis for hospital decision-makers to conduct scientific management.By combining the relevant theories of hospital bed allocation,the rational planning the number of beds,reducing waste,and the development mode that emphasiZes scale and ignores connotation is transformed into the development mode that improves the utiliZation efficiency and management efficiency of beds.Through strengthening the study of beds resource allocation,angliciZing of policy,talent,technology in the role of the hospital,putting forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,aimed at more rational allocation of the clinical departments of scale,and improved bed utilization rate and turnover rate,and avoided waste and shortage phenomenon occurred in the allocation of hospital beds,so that the construction of hospital beds is paid attention to the connotation construction of quality structure and benefits.Hospital managers can refer to the results of this study to understand the hospital’s bed allocation,,finding out the problems and resons to improve,so as to allocate bed resources more reasonably.Meanwhile,it has a positive impact on the hospital’s overall mobiliZation of health resources and improvement of social and economic benefits.
