| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of spleen and stomach-lowering in the treatment of Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(GERD),confirming that TCM syndrome differentiation has unique advantages in treating this disease. It can also reduce the recurrence rate while improving the clinical symptoms of GERD.Promote spleen and stomach inversion methods to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of this disease. Methods:Sixty GERD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups, with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and a total of 2 courses. The group was treated with lansoprazole 30mg orally with qd.Calculate the total clinical symptom scores, the major and minor symptom scores, the disappearance rate of the major symptoms, and observe the adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups.Collect recurrences at 8 weeks after drug withdrawal.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:After 4 weeks of treatment, the overall efficacy of the control group was significantly better than that of the treatment group(P<0.01).After 8 weeks, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%(P<0.05).This indicates that the short-term effect is better in the control group, and the long-term effect is better in the treatment group.2.Comparison of total scores of TCM symptoms:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the total scores of TCM symptoms(main symptoms plus secondary symptoms)of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total scores between the two groups The scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of main points of main symptoms:After 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment, the total points of main symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy(P>0.05).After 6 or 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of total scores of secondary symptoms:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the total scores of secondary symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).).After 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups had comparable results(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the scores of each clinical symptom:Comparison of main symptom scores:After treatment for 8 weeks, the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the main symptoms of GERD such as acid reflux or vomiting water, belching or reflux, and epigastric pain(P<0.01);comparison between groups:The symptoms of acid regurgitation or flooding water are improved. After 4 weeks of treatment, the control group is better than the treatment group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups have comparable effects(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the control group was better than the treatment group(P<0.05),and after 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of radon or reflux symptoms was improved after 4 or 8 weeks of treatment The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparison of secondary symptom scores:After treatment, both the treatment group and the control group can significantly improve secondary symptoms such as gastric fullness, loss of appetite, fatigue, and thin stools(P<0.01);comparison between groups:on the stomach The effects of symptoms of bloating, loss of appetite, and thin stools were better in the treatment group than in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the effects of the two groups were comparable after 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05);In terms of improving fatigue, after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups had comparable results(P>0.05).4.The main symptom disappearance rate:At 6 and 8 weeks of treatment, the disappearance rate of radon or reflux was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01),while the disappearance rates of acid reflux or pantothenic water and epigastric pain were not statistically higher in the treatment group and the control group Difference(P>0.05).5.Comparison of long-term effects:Four patients in the treatment group relapsed with a recurrence rate of 13.8%,and 10 patients in the control group relapsed with a recurrence rate of 41.7%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better. Conclusion:The spleen and stomach-reducing inverse method is good for comprehensive curative effect of GERD with Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome, which can significantly reduce the main symptoms of patients such as belching or reflux, and gastric pain.At the same time, they can reduce the recurrence rate and have good long-term effects. |
