BACKGROUND: New population and family planning law decided to open two-c hild policy by January 1,2016.According to our country’s high rate of cesarean deli very,the number of repeated cesarean section will rise.Analyzing the present situatio n and maternal-infant outcome of the pregnancy with the history of cesarean sectio n..To provide a theoretical basis for pregnancy management and optimizing delivery outcome.METHODS: Analyzing the number of pregnancy with previous history of cesarean section and the percentage in the indication of cesarean section in the recent five years.With the method of retrospective analysis,select 1305 puerpera that receive d cesarean section in our hospital from January 1,2013 to December 31,2013 as th e research object.Comparative analyze the first cesarean section maternal and the sc ar uterus group.Two groups were compared with age,native place,the abortion time s,blood loss during operation,the incidence of obstetric complications,the incidence of placenta previa,the newborns’ birth weight and the sex ratio of newborn.The sc ar uterus group’s general situation and maternal complications were analyzed.RESULTS: The number of pregnancy with previous history of cesarean section and the percentage in the indication of cesarean section in the recent five years is risin g.The scar uterus group compared with control group is statistically significant(P< 0.05)in the age,native place,blood loss,birth weight,rate of postpartum hemorrhag e and newborn sex ratio.There is no statistical difference in the number of abortion,gestational week and the incidence of complications in pregnancy.CONCLUSIONS:The study suggested that the number of pregnancy with the previ ous history of cesarean section showed a tendency of increase.And scarred uterus r eceiving secondary cesarean section will lead to higher risk and effect the health o f pregnant and infant;Pregnant women in the scar uterus group are older and with more pregnancy complications.
