After decades of development,the unique natural conditions have made large-scale planting of processing tomatoes in Xinjiang,which has become one of the world’s leading processing tomato regions along with the California region and the Mediterranean coast.The processing tomato products in Xinjiang are exported to many countries and regions around the world.However,in the process of development,there are some problems in the whole processing tomato industry chain that need to be solved.Such as the constraints of planting varieties leads to the lack of diversity of processed products,and the deployment of precision planting and processing arrangements needs scientific management operations.Through the actual investigation,this study focused on the selection of varieties,order processing and planting planning in the processing tomato industry chain.Germplasm resources are the basis of the processing tomato industry.According to the differences of quality characteristics among different varieties of processing tomato,a comprehensive analysis of the differences of the quality characteristics within and among various varieties in the variety set was carried out.In order to provide a basis for the introduction of new varieties to local cultivation,and to provide decision support for the cultivation of new processing tomato varieties.Order processing is the key to the processing tomato industry.In order to solve the problems of order diversity and efficiency of processing plan,principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods were used to comprehensively analyze the processing orders of tomato paste.It is helpful to deeply combine the characteristics of processing tomato varieties with the characteristics of tomato paste products,to formulate reasonable planting plans and order processing plans for various raw materials required for orders,to provide guidance for processing enterprises to achieve precise processing.Planting planning is the core of the processing tomato industry.In order to maintain the export advantages of tomato products,planting planning for the order demand and the planting planning for the coordinated planting-harvesting season should to be carried out from multiple objectives.The model of multi-objective processing tomato planting planning was established,which was optimized by hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm to provide decision-making suggestions for achieving precise planting strategies.
