| Plant growth regulators have the ability to inhibit stem elongation on turf grassland,increase root to shoot ratio,increase stress resistance and other different functions.In order to develop a multifunctional compound plant growth regulator,In this study,we studied the ’midnight’ of Kentucky bluegrass cultivars.The effect of different regulators on the turfgrass of Kentucky bluegrass was studied by field experiment and the recipe component of the complex recipe was selected first.Then we add new ingredients based on the main ingredient.The functional differences of different formulations were studied by pot experiment and the appropriate basic formula was developed.Finally,for the lack of basic formula function,we add new ingredients and improve the formula through the field test.The first step in this study is the field pre-test.We perform a completely random block design.A total of 100/300/500mg·kg-1 chlormequat chloride(CCC),200/350/500 mg·kg-1 paclobutrazol(PP333),30/60/90 mg·kg-1 uniconazole(S-3307),1 L·ha-1 Pu green(TE),30 mg·kg-1naphthylacetic acid(NAA)+30 mg·kg-1 cytokinin(6-BA)and water control group(CK)in the experiment.In the one month after spraying,we studied the effects of treatments on the net height,green and root/shoot ratio of the plant height.The results showed that 200mg·kg-1 paclobutrazol and 30mg·kg-1 naphthalene acetic acid could reduce the elongation rate and increase the ratio of root to shoot of Kentucky bluegrass,respectively,and were suitable as the main components of complex formula.The second step of the study was the pot test.A total of 180mg·kg-1 ethephon(ETH),200mg·kg-1 PP333,36mg·kg-1NAA,90/180/270mg·kg-1 ETH+200mg·kg-1 PP333,1 8/36/54mg·kg-1 NAA+200mg·kg-1 PP333 and the water control group(CK)in this pre-test.The results showed that 180mg·kg-1 ethephon+200mg·kg-1 paclobutrazol and 36mg·kg-1 naphthalene acetic acid+200mg·kg-1paclobutrazol could reduced the elongation rate of stem on Kenaucky bluegrass,but will make the Kentucky bluegrass a certain degree of loss of green.The third step of the study was field trials.We perform a completely random block design.A total of 180mg·kg-1ETH+200mg·kg-1PP333.36mg·kg-1NAA+200mg·kg-1PP333,1/3/5g·L-1ferrous sulfate(FeSO4)+180mg·kg-1ETH+200mg·kg-1PP333,1/3/5g·L-1FeSO4+36mg·kg-1NAA+200mg·kg-1PP333,30/50/70mmol·L-1CalciumChloride(CaCl2)+180mg·kg-1ETH+200mg·kg-1PP333,30/50/70mmol·L-1CaCl2+36mg·kg-1 NAA+200mg·kg-1PP333 fourteen formulations and clear water control group(CK)in the experiment.The research indicates that 200mg·kg-1 PP333+180mg·kg-1 ETH+5g·L-1 FeSO4 mixed application has a good effect in inhibiting the elongation rate of stem on the ground of Kentucky bluegrass,increasing the ratio of root to shoot,improving the activity of antioxidant enzyme,and increasing the resistance to stress.And it will not have a negative effect on the leaf width,yellow leaves,tiller ability and quality of Kentucky bluegrass after spraying.Although this formula can cause chlorophyll content of Kentucky bluegrass decreased,but the degree of decline is small.So,it is a excellent and multifunctional compound grassland ripening plant growth regulator. |
