| Rural fire protection has always been a task of great importance to the government.Judging from the comparison of the national and rural fire statistics,rural areas are frequent areas of fire,and it is particularly important to do a good job of rural fire protection.In order to reduce the probability of fire and better serve the firefighting in rural areas,more and more villages have set up fire stations and equipped with fire trucks.By studying the rural fire protection environment and the rural residents’ fire protection needs,the problems existing in the design of the fire protection module of the rural fire truck are summarized,and the optimal design is carried out to improve the fire protection capacity of the village.Based on the QFD theory,through research on existing literature and relevant national fire protection documents,understand the rural fire protection system and determine the location and needs of rural fire trucks;Through questionnaire survey,user interview method,AHP model,sort out the user’s demand for fire truck fire module.Construct a HOQ model based on fire protection requirements,obtain the matrix relationship between fire protection requirements and functional requirements,the interest relationship between functional requirements,and the relative weight of functional elements,and finally complete the conversion of "fire protection requirements-functional requirements-functional elements";Using affinity charts,task flow charts and case analysis methods,study the current status of the configuration of the fire module of the rural electric fire truck and optimize the layout of the fire module.According to the design layout,compare the styling characteristics of existing products,carry out optimization design practice,and use the Likert scale to verify and evaluate the optimized products.The research is in line with the development requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction vigorously advocated by the state.Based on QFD theory as the theoretical basis,combined with user needs,the use of AHP,KJ and other methods to optimize the problems of rural electric fire trucks in fire module design.The application of QFD theory to the special field of rural fire fighting vehicles is an innovation in the application of QFD theory.At the same time,the optimized products have met the fire protection needs of rural residents to a certain extent,and improved the fire protection capabilities of the villages.It is hoped that the research results can provide a certain reference value for the future development of rural fire protection. |
