| After the human society enters the 21 st century,with the development of economic and technology,the rapid development of economy and technology brings good living conditions to human beings.At the same time,it has also brought environmental pollution and accelerated consumption of resources,which mak es human beings face very serious social problems.The development of automobile industry is one of the main factors causing these problems.As pure electric vehicles have the advantages of low noise,low pollution and high energy efficiency,which makes electric vehicles become one of the solutions to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resource shortage.Battery Management System(BMS),as the core component of electric vehicles,has become the focus of scientific research.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of Batte ry Management System of pure electric forklift,and mainly studies and designs the hardware circuit System and software System of BMS.The main research work of this paper is as follows :1.According to the functional requirements of the electric forklift,the integrated design scheme of BMS hardware circuit was proposed and formulated.The BMS hardware system integrated the traditional master-slave mode into a circuit board,omitted the master control chip of the slave control board,and communicates the battery monitoring module directly with the master chip of the master control board.Modular design is adopted in the design of integrated circuit board,and anti-interference design is carried out in the layout and wiring of circuit board.The integrated hardware circuit not only reduced the cost,but also optimized the space and improves the reliability of signal transmission.2.According to the actual situation of electric forklift,battery a cquisition chip adopted bq76pl455a-q1 of TI,and added remote monitoring module to BMS according to the remote monitoring requirements of electric forklift.In t his paper,bq76pl455a-q1 chip was adopted to collect the voltage of 16 batteries in series,met the requirement of 15 batteries in series for electric forklift power batteries.Th e remote monitoring function realized the positioning and online remote upgrade of electric forklift,and realized the intelligent management service of electric forklift.3.By comparing several estimation methods of battery State of Charge(SOC)and combining the practicability of electric forklift to battery residual power requirements,this paper selected Kalman filtering algorithm based on Thevenin model to complete the estimation of battery SOC.Thevenin model is established on the basis of kalman filter algorithm,and the feasibility of this algorithm to estimate battery SOC is verified by experiments. |
