| Solenoid valve is a valve driven by electromagnetic coil,used to control fluid flow,direction,speed and other parameters,widely used in the power system of launch vehicle and satellite.The polarity of the solenoid valve refers to the polarity of the flyback diode of the solenoid coil inside the solenoid valve.Wrong wiring during the assembly process will cause the polarity of the solenoid valve to be incorrect,which in turn will cause the solenoid valve to fail to work properly.Therefore,in the testing process,a device that can quickly determine whether the polarity of the solenoid valve is correct is needed.In order to prevent the detection device from changing the state of the power system,the detection equipment cannot be connected to the circuit of the control system,and the working state of the solenoid valve needs to be detected by a non-contact detection method.In response to the above problems,this paper studies the working principle of the solenoid valve and analyzes the reason why the solenoid valve drive circuit cannot work normally.The related principles of the magnetic flux leakage detection technology are studied,and the simulation model of the solenoid valve under the normal energization state is established.The magnetic field distribution near the solenoid valve shell and surface is analyzed and calculated by using Maxwell 3D simulation software.Then,using a magnetometer,the magnetic induction at a part of the solenoid valve was detected.Combining the results of simulation and detection,the distribution of the magnetic field around the solenoid valve under the energized state is obtained.According to the actual needs,the polarity judgment method of the solenoid valve based on the magnetic flux leakage detection technology is proposed and the design of the detection system is developed.Using Arduino as the hardware and software platform,the device architecture design,functional module design,hardware selection and software design of the detection system are completed.The detection system includes a master node and several wireless sensors,and uses Zigbee technology to form a wireless sensor network.The wireless sensor uses a Hall sensor as a magnetic field probe to detect the magnetic field of the solenoid valve,determine its working status and upload it to the master node.As the central node of the wireless sensor network,the master node is connected to the control end and is responsible for uploading the detection data of each wireless sensor and downloading the control instructions of the control end.Finally,a proper sensitivity is set for the polarity judgment system of the solenoid valve through testing,and a functional test is performed on the polarity judgment system of the solenoid valve.Tests show that the various functions of the system can work normally,and have high reliability and stability,which can meet the actual testing needs. |
