| Most of sluice projects in China were built in the 1950s and 1960s.Due to various restrictions,many kinds of damage have occurred in sluice projects now.In view of the characteristics and existing problems of sluice in China,several main diseases of the sluice,the causes of these diseases,the methods of health diagnosis of the sluice and the optimization of building maintenance and reinforcement schemes are studied in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The diseases of the sluice and the application of finite element method in health diagnosis are mainly studied.Several common diseases in the sluice are analyzed,such as carbonization,crack,reinforcement corrosion and concrete freeze-thaw damage in concrete structure are mainly analyzed,and their causes,mechanism and influencing factors are studied.As in health diagnosis,traditional analytical methods are difficult to solve the problems of non-linear,rock-soil constitutive relationship with complex loads and boundary conditions.Therefore,the relevant methods and theories of finite element are studied and applied in the health diagnosis of the sluice.(2)The importance of sluice health diagnostic factors is mainly studied.According to the relevant specifications of sluice health diagnosis at present,the index system of sluice health diagnosis is established,and the quantitative method of health diagnosis index is studied.The index weight is calculated by improved group G1 method,Gini coefficient method and independent information data fluctuation method,and the combination weight value of each index is calculated by weight fusion method based on minimum deviation.(3)The health diagnosis model of the sluice and the method to evaluate the conclusions obtained from the diagnosis model are mainly studied.The matter-element model for health diagnosis of the sluice based on multiple connection number is studied.After the diagnosis results are obtained,the decision-making paradox based on the "maximum criterion" is used to post-evaluate the diagnosis results in order to improve the reliability of the diagnosis results.(4)A software which can diagnose the health of the sluice has been developed.According to the characteristics of this specialty,Visual Basic language is selected as the software development language,and the software of health diagnosis and analysis system for sluice engineering is developed with Visual Basic 6.0,which realizes the functions of index quantification,weight calculation and health diagnosis for the sluice,and provides a calculation tool with the characteristics of accurate,reliable,simple operation and fast operation for sluice diagnosis.(5)The life prediction model of concrete and the optimization method of building maintenance and reinforcement measures are mainly studied.The Markov model for predicting the health state of hydraulic concrete structure is studied.In view of the problems existing in the reinforcement and maintenance methods of hydraulic structures in the past and the current situation that there is little observation data for medium and small hydraulic structures in China,a feasible optimization method of reinforcement and maintenance scheme based on life cycle cost is studied through appropriate assumptions and simplification. |
