Study On Risk Management Of T Company’s Gear Pump Development Project

With the rapid development of economy and science technology,more and more people focus on the concept of project.Especially for the small and medium enterprises,project itself is the main way to do the revolution and innovation.And the success of the project is crucial to the small and medium enterprises.Therefore,the high requirement is proposed for the process and method to manage the risk of project.The subject of this research is real gear pump project from T Company,considering the features of gear pump project and the developing process in a small and medium enterprise.In this thesis,Delphi method is used.Through three rounds evaluation of the risk survey of gear pump project from ten experts.Risk identification was carried out effectively.Meanwhile,AHP tool is used.We have a total sorting for 36 non-quantitative risks and finally contain three kinds to assess the risk.As a further step,through the discussion with the project team member,the reasonable and effect countermeasures are worked out to against the key risk.This research sets up a project management process and method for those small and medium enterprises.It works out an instruction and detail calculation to apply the risk identification and assessment to this real project.And it has practical application on the risk management of the gear pump project.This will lay the foundation for the future research in such kind of projects.
