Solar energy plays an important role in the field of clean energy due to its large reserves,cleanliness,pollution-free,and multiple available forms.Among the many uses of solar energy,the thermal utilization is the most mature.However,the popularity rate of current utilization of solar thermal energy on the market is not high.The main reason is that the current price of solar thermal energy utilization systems on the market is not low.Compared with natural gas,electricity and other energy sources,solar thermal energy utilization system does not have its competitive advantage.What’s more,administrative organizations are not fully aware of the potential benefits brought by the application of solar thermal utilization systems in terms of environment and society.And the incentive policy of solar thermal utilization is not perfect,and the enthusiasm of suppliers and users is not high.Under these backgrounds,this paper mainly made researches as following:(1)Concerning the distribution of solar energy resources in China,this paper analyzes the different forms of solar energy thermal utilization in buildings and different system types.And it is proposed that the comprehensive benefits of solar energy thermal utilization in buildings should be analyzed from three aspects of economy,environment and society.By then,the benefit analysis model of solar energy thermal utilization is established.(2)Eleven evaluation indexes are selected from three aspects of economy,environment and society.Based on the indexes,the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of solar energy heat utilization system is constructed,including the calculation model of each index and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of solar energy heat utilization.(3)The qualitative evaluation on the comprehensive benefit of solar energy heat utili.zation system installed in buildings is conducted by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the evaluation,its benefit grade is determined,which further confirms the comprehensive benefit of solar energy heat utilization system.(4)Taking a sample of Xi’an area as the case,the comprehensive benefit of a single household flat panel solar water heater is evaluated,and the real application effect of household flat panel solar water heater is determined.(5)The combination weighting method based on attribute importance and correlation degree is used to determine the weights for each attribute of solar water heating system and the most sensitive attributes of users when purchasing solar water heaters.(6)Taking the No.4 commercial and residential building of South Campus of Xi’an University of Science and Technology as the case,the annual heating energy consumption in the building is simulated,and the energy consumption after installing the solar heating system in the building is analyzed.What’s more,the solar heating assurance rate in Xi’an is calculated,which provides data support for the research of solar heating in the building.(7)Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for the government to promote building solar thermal utilization system from the aspects of tax,subsidy and mandatory provisions.Solar energy is an inexhaustible and inexhaustible clean energy.It is of great significance to clarify the comprehensive benefits of solar thermal utilization system for the promotion of solar thermal utilization and the alleviation of the current energy situation which is becoming increasingly tense.
