| The rapid development of China’s automobile industry has effectively promoted the rapid development of the rubber industry.The increasing production of tires and other products for a long time is bound to cause a large accumulation of waste rubber.How to realize the effective recycling of waste rubber resources has always been a problem that plagues researchers and is also a hot research topic.Cracking can solve a series of environmental problems caused by the current accumulation of waste rubber,and can also alleviate the current tension of non-renewable resources.The waste rubber is cracked to obtain gas,liquid and solid materials,namely combustion gas,fuel oil and solid carbon black.The combustion gas can be used as a gas after oil and gas separation,desulfurization treatment,and compression liquefaction.The fuel oil can be used as a fuel after being subjected to fractional condensation and the like.After the solid carbon black is collected,it can be activated and treated as a rubber.Additives for the product or activated carbon.By expounding the cracking mechanism of waste rubber,the advantages and disadvantages of different waste rubber cracking techniques are compared and analyzed.Microwave cracking is one of the best ways to recycle high-value recycled rubber.Microwave cracking has the advantages of simultaneous heating inside and outside of waste rubber,fast heating rate,uniform heating,low energy loss of cracking,clean and environmental protection and no pollution.According to the electromagnetic theory,this paper studies the microwave cracking mechanism of waste rubber by studying the microwave cracking mechanism of waste rubber.Based on the microwave characteristics,the cracking equipment scheme of the rotary disc structure is proposed.The microwave launching device adopts the micro-control tube circumferential arrangement form.A rotary waste rubber cracking unit capable of continuous cracking was designed.The cracking apparatus consists of a feeding device,a cracking device,a discharging device and a microwave emitting device.The Ansoft HFSS analysis and simulation software was used to establish the cracking equipment model.The electromagnetic energy distribution of the cracking chamber under different process conditions was obtained through simulation analysis.The influence of the thickness of the waste rubber in the cracking equipment on the cracking energy consumption was simulated.Studies have shown that the thickness of the waste rubber in the cracking chamber has the best thickness range,the waste rubber is cracked in the optimal thickness range,the microwave energy absorbed is much,the energy consumption is small,and the cracking efficiency is high.The continuous cracking test of waste rubber for rotary waste rubber continuous cracking equipment shows that the rotary waste rubber continuous cracking equipment has continuous cracking,stable equipment operation,fast temperature rise rate,high cracking efficiency and excellent cracking product quality,achieved the expected results. |
