| Colleges and universities are the focus of China’s future development.In view of the current situation of high energy consumption in Colleges and universities,China comprehensively promotes the construction of "green campus".The proportion of building energy consumption in Colleges and universities is as high as 83.2%.Therefore,reducing building energy consumption is the core of energy-saving work in Colleges and universities.Based on the energy consumption data of X University Energy Conservation Monitoring Platform,this paper analyses the energy consumption of University buildings.Through on-the-spot investigation,the current situation of University buildings,energy consumption and various kinds of building information are collected and sorted out.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the overall energy consumption of university buildings and colleges,and emphatically analyses the energy consumption characteristics and influencing factors of University representative buildings such as teaching buildings,office buildings and student dormitories by controlling single variable,chart comparison and linear regression.The analysis results are clear and the regression model is significant.The research finds that:(1)Dormitory is the core project of building energy conservation in universities,and the energy consumption of boys/girls and undergraduates/graduates has a great impact on dormitory energy consumption;(2)The main energy consumption of teaching buildings is air conditioning system,and the proportion of heating in winter is the largest.The per capita energy consumption of postgraduate teaching buildings is higher than that of undergraduates,but the energy demand of undergraduate teaching buildings is larger than that of postgraduate buildings;(3)the office energy demand of scientific research institutions in Colleges and universities.The energy consumption per unit building area of the teaching building is correlated with the number of classrooms,seats and building area of the teaching building;(5)the energy consumption per capita of the office building is correlated with the number of floors,building area and per capita use area of the office building.This paper evaluates comprehensively the energy consumption performance of dormitories by the method of coefficient of variation,analyses the potential of energy-saving renovation,and sums up the "two-step" construction goal of energy-saving renovation of dormitories.These analysis results point out the construction focus and research direction for the development of building energy conservation work in Colleges and universities. |
