| For mechanical products,the important process which can determine the quality of mechanical products is the mechanical assembly process,whether the assembly is appropriate will directly affect the quality of the product.In this paper,the structure and part composition of medium or large solid rocket engine are studied,and the assembly scheme of Assembly machine system is designed.According to the Assembly scheme,an assembly machine which can complete the assembly of medium or large free-filling solid rocket engine is designed.The Designed assembly machine consists of a glued fastening system and an assembly system.The glued fastening system can fix the parts of the long tailpipe and nozzle and apply the preload force.The assembly system consists of a clamping system,a top propulsion system,a long tail nozzle clamping system,a rotating system and a support system of 5 sub-systems.The clamping system can be fixed from the surrounding combustion chamber;the top propulsion system can make the long tail nozzle move slowly and smoothly to the position that needs to be assembled;the long tail nozzle clamping system can clamp and assemble the smooth long tail nozzle;The rotating system can accurately control the angle of the combustion chamber rotation;and the support system can bear the weight of the whole assembly machine.The burning rule of the grain affects the interior ballistic calculation of the solid rocket motor.In this paper,the conocyl grain are modeled and programmed,it can get the function diagram of the combustion area to the flesh-thick derivative and design variables.According to the function diagram,the combustion law of conocyl grain is studied.Based on the calculation of the waste grain rate of the semi-spherical conocyl grain,the function diagram of waste grain rate and the design variables is obtained.According to the function diagram,the residual dosage generated by the semi-spherical conocyl grain is reduced by adjusting the value of the design variables.The results show that the long diameter ratio of the flat-bottomed conocyl grain and semi-spherical conocyl grain type is 2.5,which is closer to the constant surface combustion.When the arc radius of the ring groove of the flat-bottomed conocyl grain is within the range of 0 to 0.13D the radius of the inner hole of the cylindrical section is within the range of 0.09D to 0.3D,and the rotation radius of the circular arc center of the annular groove is greater than the radius of the inner hole in the cylindrical section and less than 0.47D.When the radius of the circular ring groove of the semi-spherical conocyl grain is within the range of 0 to 0.1D,the radius of the inner hole of the cylindrical section is within the range of 0.03D to 0.4D,the rotation radius of the circular Arc center of the annular groove is greater than the radius of the inner hole of the cylindrical section and less than the range of 0.42D,and the cylinder length is in the range of D to 1.8D,and the combustion of the column is characterized by the first surface addition.In the semi-spherical conocyl grain,the greater the value of the arc radius of the ring groove,the smaller the residual rate,and the decrease of the residue rate.There was a negative correlation between the rate of residual drug and the radius of inner hole.The residual drug rate and the rotation radius of the circular arc center of the ring groove show an approximate parabolic relationship,and when the value becomes larger,the residual drug increases first and then decreases.There is an approximate linear relationship between the residual rate and the length of cylindrical section.The example proves that the combustion area calculation is accurate,and the combustion law and the residue rate law are in agreement with the actual situation. |
