There are many problems such as large energy consumption and low energy efficiency in the process of parts.The energy consumption forecast can not only reduce the energy consumption of per unit product,but also provide the supporting data for the research of energy saving.This research Relies on the National Natural Science Foundation-“Research on inherent energy efficiency attributes of mechanical manufacturing system and its optimization approach”(No.51775392),which aims at the research of energy consumption property and processing energy consumption of workpiece.In this paper,a method of predicting the processing energy consumption based on the part feature is put forward.The subject of this research is the features of parts.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,part features can be divided into design features and machining features,in order to obtain the feature information of the parts more conveniently,SolidWorks is selected as the platform for part feature extraction.Based on the analysis of the relational attributes between the geometric features of the parts and the design features of SolidWorks,the method of feature recognition is used based on trace-based,furthermore,the model of part feature is established.Secondly,the processing energy consumption of parts is analyzed by design features and processing characteristics,and the synergy relationship between design/processing characteristics and energy consumption characteristics is established.The relationship between energy consumption units in different working states during part processing is analyzed,and the energy consumption model of the part processing process is established.Then,combined with the part processing process,the mapping relationship between the part features and the energy consumption attributes is established,so as to analyze the gray correlation between the energy consumption influencing factors and the processing energy consumption of the part processing process,and the exponential smoothing method is used to replace the time series correction with the correlation degree.The energy consumption method is used to construct a process model for processing energy consumption based on complex part features,and a part is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.Finally,integrating the part feature extraction and grey correlation analysis withpredicting of energy consumption,the energy consumption forecasting system of part features is developed.The framework,function modules,workflow and interactive interface design of the system are introduced in detail...
