| RCC arch dam has been widely used in China for recent years because of its short construction time and low cost.Temperature crack exists in RCC arch dam,which is similar to normal concrete arch dam.It is greatly meaningful to research its temperature and thermal stress.Based on the construction site data of Diaodong RCC arch dam,by adopting ADINA finite element analysis software,this essay imitates real construction process to go on the simulation of temperature and thermal stress of the dam.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)The various conditions needed for the simulation calculation are obtained by finding and analyzing the construction site information of Diaodong RCC arch dam.After that,related documents are referred to for supplement.All the information provides the foundation for the simulation calculation.(2)Based on the actual measured temperature data of the dam during the construction period,temperature changing law of typical gauging points and temperature distribution law of the section are analyzed.Meanwhile,the reasonable thermal parameters of the concrete are obtained by taking complex method in inversion.(3)The temperature field of Diaodong arch dam is simulated,based on thermal parameters achieved from inversion.The measured temperature and the calculated temperature are compared with and analyzed.The temperature variation and distribution law under the actual construction are studied emphasically.In the meantime,the basic temperature difference,internal and external temperature difference of the dam,and the temperature situation of the flow-passing surface during the flood period are also researched.(4)Based on the simulation analysis of temperature field,taking induced crack into consideration,the simulation calculation of thermal stress during the whole construction period and operation period of the dam is researched,among which the variation and distribution law of thermal stress of the dam are mainly studied. |
