| A high-rise building in Shenyang tilted towards northwest due to cushion progressive failure caused by improper construction of underground garage passages.Based on this practical engineering, this paper analyzed the rectification effect of the combined application of preloading and dig cushion methods.Data comparative analysis was made between in-situ monitory and 3D simulation.By using above rectification methods, the measured and calculated results show the maximum tilt rate of the north-south side reduced from 3.23‰ to 2.5‰,which met the code requirement.Through the rectification analysis of this project conclusion drawn are listed as follows:(1)For new buildings, foundation settlement is in an unstable state, influenced easily by outside construction disturbance and was the building in Shenyang tilted towards northwest due to in the northwest side of the high-rise construction of underground garage and continued excavation.(2)Research and analysis of domestic and foreign technology and methods in the field of building rectification engineering, combined with the engineering practice and in-situ monitoring results show that the method that combined pressure preloading and dig rectification base cushion layer is feasible. This method is feasible and safe for the building which is not in particularly serious circumstances.(3)By means of in-situ monitoring and ABAQUS simulation, the analysis show that application of preloading pressure method has little effect on the deviation-rectifying of high-rise building.By using this method only, the original balance state cannot be broken. And also, the effect of rectifying inclination can be neglected.(4)By a comparison with the finite element analysis and actual engineering monitoring, the composite foundation damage does not occur.Damage of CFG pile and soil cannot occur in the northwest side.High-rise building can bear the static load, and it is in safe state.(5)Finite element analysis of preloading pressure and dig a base cushion shows that the above solution is feasible, and comparative analysis of the practice of monitoring is the basic consistent. |
