Study On The Design Of Light Luxury Housing Type

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal social contradiction in China has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,according to the 19 th CPC report.The residential concept and housing demand of the people have undergone a significant transformation,and the pursuit of quality living has become the main theme of future real estate development and the focus of long-term mechanism.The fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)officially implemented the two-child policy.The change of population structure affected the change direction of housing demand structure,and the demand for improved housing became obvious.This paper puts forward the concept of light-luxury housing type for the people who improve the living quality.Through the detailed design of the pattern,this paper aims to explore the pattern design which can improve the living quality and adapt to the long-term living within the whole life cycle of the house.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper explains the background of the subject,the origin of the subject,the current research situation at home and abroad,the relevant concepts,research methods and frameworks of the light-luxury housing type.The second chapter defines the population targeted at the subject research,divides the customer base into "standard" family,"expansion" family,"new type of second child" family,"new standard" family,etc.,and analyzes the needs of the customer base through questionnaire survey.The third chapter discusses the design principles of comfortable house type from several aspects,such as bedroom area,storage space and the variability of type,through the query of relevant specifications and documents,and provides a reference for the design of light luxurious residence type.In chapter 4,the model developed in dalian in recent years is selected for analysis.Combined with the set design principle proposed in chapter 3,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and Suggestions for improvement are put forward.In chapter 5,the theory put forward in this paper is applied to practice to optimize the pattern design.Apply the design principles mentioned above to improve the quality,use the pictorial method to modify the comparison between the front and back patterns,and further visualize the design principles proposed before.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect.Including the content of the paper,main conclusions,research deficiencies and prospects.
