| With the development of automotive electronics,the increase of electrical components,the vehicle is very easy to appear battery,generator selection bias or power system capacity surplus and other automotive electrical balance problems.Traditional methods,the selection of the electric parts of development models rely on empirical formula or benchmark vehicle test data,has been unable to meet the people on the working stability,reliability and safety requirements of the vehicle electrical system,which puts forward higher requirements on the vehicle’s power system.How to verify the relationship between the power supply system and the power consumption system,has become the focus of the current domestic automotive research topics.In this paper,through the study of the selection of automobile power system,power consumption system and the characteristic analysis of the key electrical components,combined with the corresponding test data,the power balance test and simulation model of the whole electric equipment was established by using SIMULINK in MATLAB.The vehicle electric balance test and simulation model can be used to simulate the whole process of the generate and consumption of the vehicle electricity which proved by a vehicle electric balance simulation analysis.The quantitative prediction of the matching state of the vehicle electricity,which can shorten the cycle of the new type of electric appliance and save the test cost.Research on the electric balance of the vehicle in the domestic automobile OEM factory is less.When the electric balance test is carried out,the test specification and evaluation standard are quite different.By reference to the domestic and foreign related technical data and test specification,the vehicle electric balance test method and evaluation criteria were studied and the relevant test data were analyzed,the test environment and conditions to electric balance test and other factors were optimized.All above makes the test results more convincing.With the optimized test specification,the electrical balance of real vehicle test and the simulation test was carried out.Through the analysis of the test data,it is proved that the optimized test specification is more in line with the vehicle running environment and test data is more realistic;and by comparing the relevant data,the simulation accuracy of vehicle electric balance test simulation model was obtained,indicating that this vehicle electric balance simulation model can be applied to automotive electrical system design stage,to provide reference data for the electrical equipment selection. |
