| With the rapid development of urban heating network construction,urban underground space is becoming more and more intense.The matching and composition of heat sources have become diverse and complex.The length and scope of pipeline network are expanding constantly,which affects the safety of heating accidents frequently.How to improve the management level of our heating pipeline network has put forward a new topic for our urban management.Urban heating management needs a set of systems to ensure the efficient operation of heating network and equipment,and to save and reduce consumption.Based on the analysis of operation status and leakage reasons of urban heating network,as well as the theoretical analysis of distributed optical fiber leakage detection system,the digital monitoring scheme of A-B heating network is studied in detail.According to the mode of "source,network and station" integration and digital remote monitoring,the optimal design of digital monitoring scheme is carried out,and the specific implementation is analyzed.The design principles of digital monitoring scheme for A-B heating network are formulated.Mainly includes: long life cycle stable operation principle,investment cost economy principle,compatibility and scalability principle,convenient maintenance and operation principle,site environmental conditions adaptability principle,information security principle.The whole system should be easy to maintain,and has the function of self-repair,self-judgment,and anti-electromagnetic interference.A digital monitoring system for A-B heating network is designed.Mainly includes:distributed optical fiber temperature leak detection subsystem,distributed optical fiber vibration detection subsystem(anti-excavation),all-optical fiber well cover anti-theft warning subsystem,optical fiber grating weld monitoring subsystem,pipeline network operation environment monitoring subsystem,video monitoring subsystem.The functions of each subsystem are analyzed in detail.The structure and installation technology of digital monitoring system for A-B heating network is analyzed.By analyzing the demand,structure,installation process and other information of each subsystem,the system can cover the whole pipeline monitoring line,achieve early warning and accurate positioning,and provide scientific prediction information for timely maintenance and maintenance of pipelines. |
