The warhead is the core part of the missile to kill a target and complete arranged combat missions,is usually composed of shell,filler and detonation series etc.The precision can be guaranteed through effective assembly means to meet quality requirements.Filler is inflammable and explosive,and the assembly process is very dangerous.The traditional assembly of the warhead was done by manual,which not only had a low efficiency but also the quality can not be guaranteed.What’s more,facing of flammable and explosive ammunition brought a great threat to people’s safety.The existing production process of warhead is very difficult to be compatible with various types of products in the same region.It is difficult to meet the rapid response capability of military demand in our country,so it is necessary to construct an automatic charging device to meet the requirements of the stability,reliability,high precision and compatibility of various types products.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research status of the ammunition production technology home and abroad are summarized.The warhead intelligent assembly system is put forward and constructed.Meanwhile,each of the intelligent assembly system component is summarized.Structure of actuator and flexible tooling and its working principle of warhead charge device are designed in detail.The warhead charging device is an important part of the warhead intelligent assembly system,and mainly completes the assembly of large caliber warhead.(2)Y-direction beam of warhead charge robot is taken as research object and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used as a tool,the cross section of the beam is designed by parameter optimization using multi-objective optimization algorithm,then the topology optimization design of beam reinforcement is carried out by using the method of variable density,to ensure that the structure meets the requirements of the stiffness and the minimum mass.(3)The dynamic characteristics of the important components are analyzed,and the inherent vibration characteristics,the structure deformation and vibration displacement of the charging robot in the working state are obtained.A multi-body system dynamics modeling method of rigid body and flexible body is presented,and its joint simulation is made by using ANSYS and Adams software.The kinematics and dynamics performance of the charging process are simulated with rigid-flexible coupling.(4)A visual positioning system for the warhead charge is provided.The mathematical for measuring error of the vision positioning system is established using "two laws" method.The influence of the structure parameters of the positioning system on the measuring accuracy is analyzed.Using MATLAB software to carry on the simulation analysis,and the best value range of structure parameters is found.
