| Along with the continuous expansion of the scale of the electrical power system and the growing significance of all types of production systems,communication system has become an essential part of the support system,the function of which is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.Communication battery,as an indispensable part of the communication system,plays an irreplaceable role in improving the reliability of communication power supply and maintaining the stability of communication equipment.The function of storage battery is influenced by various factors,such as manufacturing materials,operating temperature,maintenance methods and so on.It is a very comprehensive and complex system,therefore the research and design of remote on-line monitoring system for battery operation has been restricted,which is a blind spot in the operation of the power system.In order to illuminate this blind spot,this paper designs a remote on-line monitoring system for storage battery.The article is divided into five chapters.Firstly,the background and the significance of the subject are introduced:the importance of designing a battery remote online monitoring system is pointed out;it is also pointed out that the process control of battery charging and discharging and the online processing of poor performance batteries are the two major technical problems.Secondly,the paper describes and analyzes the structure,principle,charge and discharge characteristics and self-discharge characteristics of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries.And then the article points out that improper maintenance of the battery will result in shortened life,performance degradation and even affect the normal operation and maintenance of the power communication system.Thirdly,battery charging and discharging,the two key technologies used in battery remote online monitoring systems,are analyzed thoroughly.This paper designs a new type of control system,using voltage-type PWM converter as the core main circuit,SPWM algorithm as the core control algorithm,and which also uses intelligent power module,thus solving many problems of the traditional phase-controlled rectifier.The phenomenon and the cause of sulphate of lead-acid battery plate is analyzed as well,and then determined to adopt composite pulse resonance method to realize the activation and repair of sulphate fault of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery.Furthermore,the two key technologies have been designed in detail.The principle analysis and mathematical calculation are mainly carried out for the for PWM converter control scheme,current inner loop control,current feed-forward control and voltage outer loop control.A composite pulse resonance circuit and a failed battery bridged circuit are designed;the structure of the basic circuit unit is described and the actual test is carried out.At the last,the actual system implementation and application are introduced.The paper clarifies the design goal of the battery remote online monitoring system,the hardware structure and system software structure of the main station and the substation system,and actually shows the interface and realized functions of the battery remote online monitoring system. |
