| The tire frame is a kind of special process equipment for hull section construction and welding.Its working surface is in conformity with the sectional shape.It mainly has support sections in the sectional manufacturing process,ensures the correct section curvature and controls the welding process.Deformation,the quality and efficiency of its design will have a direct impact on ship construction quality,cost and cycle,so the scientific and reasonable design of the tire frame is extremely important for shipbuilding companies.The tire frame design must consider many factors.The traditional tire frame design has poor generality,inconvenient adjustment and weak construction control ability.This article is based on the single module design of the flexible tire frame system,based on the flexible tire frame control system and the flexible tire.The technologies such as point position analysis and calculation model have established a flexible tire frame data processing design mechanism,developed a flexible tire frame data processing system that integrates data processing and remote control,and realized the subsection intelligent design of supporting ships.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)For the problem that the traditional tire frame height can not be continuously adjusted,a flexible tire frame mechanical transmission structure scheme is designed,and the tire frame is continuously adjusted in height,and the tire frame platform chassis module division and structural design are completed.This facilitates the flexible placement of the tire frame points,proposes a general switching scheme for the military and civilian hull section support technology,and achieves the maximum coverage of different civilian and military ship sub-buildings,laying the foundation for the design of the flexible tire frame control system.(2)In view of the low degree of automation of most existing tire frames of shipbuilding enterprises,based on the single module design of flexible tire frame system,the overall design of the flexible tire frame control system was proposed,and the key zero of the flexible tire frame control system was completed.The selection of components and the design of the hardware platform enabled the flexible tire frame control system program and the flexible tire frame movement control.(3)For the traditional tire frame over-reliance on the experience of workers,low efficiency,high cost and other disadvantages,put forward the flexible tire frame layout theory and flexible tire frame point support and overload protection theory,established a flexible tire frame position The computational model and the calculation model of the supporting position and supporting force of the flexible tire frame are combined,and the means of combining the subsection control point interpolation calculation and the subsection supporting point load calculation are used to provide the driving information and theoretical basis for the operation of the flexible tire carrier system.The effective arrangement of the flexible tire frame points improves the utilization rate of the ship construction site,reduces the local deformation of the ship’s curved segmental support points,and improves the precise control of the ship’s curved surface segmentation.(4)Aiming at the problem of the low rate of reuse of conventional tire frames and the high labor intensity of workers,a flexible tire frame data processing system was designed and developed to achieve the functions of flexible tire frame adjustment,plate shape information collection and control,and a combination of vessels.The data of the ship’s value table in the Institute was verified by an example.The results show that the system can complete the automatic design process from the information input of the ship’s value table to the flexible tire frame’s motion output,and realize the computer intelligent design of the flexible tire frame system. |
