| The rail axle’s damage has been a thorny issue in the railroad sector.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of railway operation speed and the increasing of vehicle load,the problem of axle defects exposed in the use of locomotive and vehicle is more prominent.Axle damage not only brings great economic loss to railway application department,but also threatens the safety of locomotive and vehicle,and even causes catastrophic accidents such as burning shaft,eager axle and derailment.The correct analysis and handling of the fault causes,reducing the accident caused by the loss and efficiency of axle injuries is a major safety issue to ensure the safety of railway transportation.This paper conducts extensive research and collects a lot of information,and elaborates from the aspects of the composition and development of the axle,the damage and the limit of the wheel wheel,the axle detection method and so on.The key points are as follows: bearing damage causes a comprehensive analysis,and put forward preventive measures.Through the understanding of the situation of wheel damage in the course of the use of the railway sector in China,the crack is one of the main factors that endanger the safety of the train.If the crack is not found in time,it may lead to serious accidents such as shaft cutting and derailment.The most prominent of the failure of the bearing is the bearing stripping.Therefore,this paper combined with the use of the process found in the wheel crack and bearing stripping failure cases,a comprehensive analysis,and put forward preventive measures. |
