Computer aided control system design,the use of computers to help engineers design,control,analysis,design,simulation and modeling work;computer control system is the use of computer instead of the conventional analog controller,making it an integral part of the control system.Visible,for computer control system analysis and design,not only to simply promote the original continuous system control theory,at the same time need some special theory to study it.Elevator is a vertical transport equipment,is an indispensable transport equipment in high-rise buildings,which rely on electricity to drive a car can carry people or things,in the building’s vertical rails do vertical movements,it is in people’s daily Life plays a decisive role.The system consists of PLC,logic control circuit.In the hardware Siemens PLC as a control center,as well as AC asynchronous motor,relays,contactors,limit switches,buttons,light indicators and PLC I / O interface as one of the control system,the software module Design,including floor and car call request inside and outside,leveling detection and opening and closing doors,lift control elevator,elevator operating status indication control module.The entire system through the PLC,logic control circuit of the elevator movements,acceleration and deceleration,leveling,starting,braking and other control.Its simple structure,high operating rate,leveling accuracy.The function of the programmable device designed in this thesis is to program,modify the program,test the program,and download the tested program to the PLC system.Personal computer as a programming device,but need to configure the special programming software provided by Siemens.S7-200 PLC programming software is STEP7-Micro / WIN,the software system running on the Windows platform;support statement table,ladder diagram,the function block diagram of these three programming languages;with instruction wizard and password protection;built-in USS Protocol library,Modbus slave protocol instructions,PID tuning control interface and data archiving;using PPI protocol communication cable or CP communication card,PC and PLC to achieve communication,upload and download programs;support TD400,TD400 C and other text display interface.The design of the paper mainly includes several aspects: firstly,the overall structure scheme of elevator control system is designed by combining the working principle of PLC programmable control system.Secondly,the hardware structure of the system circuit is designed for the structure and needs of the elevator.Finally,it is the realization of the whole system and the design of software program.
