| With the development of road construction,the asphalt pavement coupled heating cables has been paid more attention,and the snow-melting efficiency of heating pavements has been deeply studied.However,heating cables are embedded in the interlayer,which is bound to have a negative influence on the interlaminar stability.Therefore,this paper focus on the interlaminar stability and fatigue performance of asphalt pavement coupled heating cables.The research mainly includes the following points:(1)A series of direct shear test and tensile tests were conducted on asphalt mixture specimens coupled heating cables,then the shear strength and bond strength of different asphalt mixture specimens coupled heating cables were compared and analyzed,meanwhile,the effects of rolling times on shear strength and bond strength were studied.(2)A 3D finite element model was established to simulate drawing experiment of asphalt mixture specimens.Three variables(loading curve,mass scaling and drawing rate)that affect the quasi-static analysis calculation speed and calculation accuracy were analyzed.Based on the finite element results,the process of drawing failure process was re-divided.(3)A 2D finite element model was established to simulate shear experiment of asphalt mixture specimens coupled heating cables,based on the 2D element model,the shear failure mechanism was analyzed,and the influence of embedded spacing and heating cable’s diameter on the shear strength of interlayer was analyzed.A modified coulomb theorem was proposed to predict the shear strength of asphalt mixture specimens coupled heating cables.(4)Through the direct shear fatigue test,the fatigue life of different asphalt mixture specimens coupled cable specimens under different stress ratios were compared,and the fatigue life curves were analyzed.The three-stage linear damage model and the two-stage nonlinear damage model based on shear modulus were proposed.The results show that the three kinds of asphalt mixture specimens coupled hating cables have the same sequence,in the shear strength,bond strength and shear fatigue life: asphalt mixture specimens coupled carbon fiber cable > asphalt mixture specimens coupled nickel-chromium alloy cable > asphalt mixture specimens coupled cable with geogrid.In terms of resistance to deformation,asphalt mixture specimens couplednickel-chromium alloy cable is the weakest. |
