Knotting device is a kind of production equipment that imitates manual automatic knot,it widely used in medical,agricultural,packaging,food and other fields.However,at present,paper bag hand-carry string in the domestic packing field is still knotted manually,there is no mature production of paper bag hand-carry string in the domestic market.With rising employment cost and the labor shortage,all manufacturing companies can’t use manual knot to satisfy the requirements of paper bag hand-carry string.Therefore,research and design on automatic knotting device of paper bag hand-carry string can promote the development of packing and other fields in a certain sense.In this paper,D-knotter is taken as the research object.Based on Reverse Engineering Technology,reconstruct 3D module of D-knotter key parts.Combined with the characteristics of paper bag hand-carry string,the D-knotter is transformed;a new type of paper bag hand-carry string is designed through applying reverse engineering technology,topological kink theory,rope energy,mechanism design,simulation analysis,interference analysis and experimental research method;finally,the string is knotted successfully.The following is the main work of this paper:1.The comparison between the first set of knots and the D-Knotter.To screen out the important mechanism of D-knotter that can applied to the paper bag hand-carry,the working principle,the transmission relationship between various components and the running time sequence of D-knotter is analyzed.To verify whether D-knotter can be used to hand-carry string knotting machine,the way topological kink theory and rope energy are used.2.To obtain the point cloud data of the key parts of the D-knotter,a three-dimensional laser scanner is used,the point clouds are processed and the curves are generated by using Imageware software,and the curved surface is edited and the mechanism is substantiated by using Pro/E 3D software.Finally,the reverse is completed successfully.3.According to the motion sequence of D-knotter and the geometric relationship of tying-knot mouth,the radius vector relationship of fixed point on hook roller is built in the D-knotter working.The cam profile on the frame of D-knotter is calculating by using MATLAB software.The frame of automatic knotting device of paper bag hand-carry string is designed,and using ANSYS Workbench to simulate the frame.Finally,the design of automatic knotting device of paper bag hand-carry string is designed successfully,and whether the interference of the device happen is analyzed.4.The electronic components are selected and the wiring diagram of the control circuit is determined.The model automatic knotting device of paper bag hand-carry string is built,and the string is knotted successfully.
