| Polyvinyl alcohol-engineered cementitious composite(PVA-ECC)steel mesh technology is a new method used to reinforce structure.PVA-ECC steel mesh reinforcement technology is a good combination of physical and mechanical properties of polyvinyl alcohol mortar and bonding properties of interface adhesives,which makes the reinforcement layer and the original component can work together very well.Compared with the traditional reinforcement methods such as enlargement section method,additional fulcrum reinforcement method,strengthening method of carbon fiber material,PVA-ECC steel mesh reinforcement technology has better durability,and low cost,simple construction.Therefore,the reinforcement technology of PVA-ECC steel mesh has a very considerable engineering application prospect.On the basis of previous studies,this paper has completed the experimental research and theoretical analysis of the mechanical properties of 5 reinforced beams.(1)Based on the experimental of 3 RC beams reinforced by PVA-ECC steel mesh and 1 contrasting beams,the flexural behavior of reinforcement beam is investigated.The experimental results show that the PVA-ECC steel mesh reinforcement technology can improve the flexural bearing capacity and the stiffness of concrete beam,and can effectively limit the crack;and the increase of the flexural capacity of reinforced beam is improved with the increase of reinforcement ratio.(2)Based on the experimental of 2 RC beams reinforced by PVA-ECC steel mesh and 2 contrasting beams,the shear behavior of reinforcement beam is investigated.The experimental results show that the PVA-ECC steel mesh reinforcement technology can improve the shear bearing capacity and can effectively limit the diagonal crack;and the increase of the shear capacity of reinforced beam is improved with the increase of shear span ratio.(3)In this paper,the bearing capacity of the test beam is simulated by finite element software.By changing the parameters of the test beam,it is further verified that the increase of the bearing capacity of the strengthened beam is improved with the increase of reinforcement ratio and shear span ratio.(4)Based on the experimental study,the calculation formula of flexural capacity,shear capacity,stiffness and crack of reinforced beam is established through theoretical analysis,and compared with the test results.(5)At the end of this paper,the construction technology and quality control method of reinforced concrete beam reinforced by PVA-ECC steel mesh are put forward according to the test site. |
