| With the development of social economy in our country, the roads of mountainous roads and mountainous cities have been developed rapidly. The landform and topography of mountain cities are complicated;mountain high and gully, sharp and steep, climate changeable, mixed traffic is serious, traffic accidents often occur frequently, and the traffic accidents in the curved slope sections of the mountain city road are still serious. The traffic characteristics of mountain cities and the traffic characteristics of road curved slope sections are analyzed first in this dissertation.Secondly, the influences of four major factors, such as bend, ramp, curved slope combination and traffic facilities,on road traffic safety are analyzed. Then, based on the statistics of four major factors and traffic accident rates On the basis of the relevant research results of the existing national standards and norms, the evaluation index system of the traffic safety impact on the slope section of the mountain urban road is established. Then, based on the comparative analysis of commonly used evaluation methods,an improved AHP-fuzzy model for traffic safety impact assessment of road sections in mountainous cities was established. The information entropy method and the improved hierarchy(AHP)method were used to determine levels.Index Weight,The "trapezoidal fuzzy distribution" method is used to determine the index membership degree, and the final evaluation grade is determined according to the principle of maximum degree of membership. Finally, taking the curved section of Chongqing Expressway“K130+501.71 to K146+777.55” as an example, the case application analysis was conducted. The results show that the evaluation model constructed in this dissertation has good practicability. This dissertation takes the influence of the curved segment of the road in the mountainous city on the traffic safety as the research object, analyzes the influencing factors of traffic safety in the curved segment of the mountainous city, and reveals the quantified relationship between traffic safety influencing factors and traffic accidents in the curved segment of the mountainous city.A set of traffic safety impact assessment index system and evaluation model for road bends in mountainous cities have been established, and certain theories and methods have been laid for prevention or treatment of traffic accidents on curved road sections in mountainous cities. |
