Electric vehicle charging infrastructure is the electricity facility which provides power for electric vehicles.In recent years,the technology of charging infrastructure in China developed very fast,but the utilization is low and most of charging companies had suffered heavy losses.The most urgent mission of popularizing electric vehicles is how to improve the efficiency of operation as well as solve electric vehicle charging problems.This is also the important guarantee of the electric vehicle industry development in China.Nowadays,the problem has became a focus.The paper gives a definition of charging infrastructure operating efficiency,analyzes the situation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure industry chain in China.Base on the market statistics and empirical data,a typical charging station investment operating model has been built,which use qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyzes the impact factors and impact level of the charging infrastructure operation from construction cost,service efficiency,service pricing,policy of reward-compensation and so on.In addition,through typical case studies,the paper also proposes the strategies which can improve the charging infrastructure operation efficiency.The paper argues that,the core of improving charging infrastructure operation efficiency in China is "reduce the cost on the supply side,broadened the source of profit and improve equipment utilization on the demand side ".First of all,from the supply side,we can reduce the construction cost by means of optimizing construction mode,promote and popularize the matrix flexible charging equipment technology and improve the technical route of changing.Which can reduce the cost at extreme,and achieve accurate investment as well as effective management of cost.Secondly,from the demand side,we can adjust and upgrade the traditional operation mode by means of synthesis of electric vehicle and charging infrastructure,strengthening the B2B mode and optimizing the B2C mode.Moreover,taking the initiative to create electric car ownership is an important way to turn charging demand into cash and promote the charging infrastructure operation.Thirdly,the paper posits the charging infrastructure operators as comprehensive transportation service providers,who can provide a sharing platform by "Internet +"application and big data.In this way,a sustainable ecosystem will be built which focuses on electric vehicles and smart transport,enhances the charging power and liquidation value.At the same time,it will realize the maximization of operating income as well.Last but not the least,based on the perspective of the energy internet,the paper posits the charging infrastructure operator as comprehensive energy service provider,who takes electricity as the core,regards electric vehicles charging as the basic business,considers charging infrastructure as the port of energy realized value.Moreover,the extending energy transmission trading and financial services will achieve the energy infrastructure profit through the operation of electric ration and carbon emissions.
