The Study On Planning And Design Of Urban Farm By Multifunctional Agriculture Theory

The construction goal of beautiful country and the building project of 100 urban farms in Kunming have brought about the upsurge of building urban farms in Kunming and its surrounding areas.Without theoretical support and the experience of construction,urban farms in Kunming and its surrounding areas have been in trouble for their development.In recent years,multifunctional agriculture theory is a hot research topic.This article studies the concept and connotation of multifunctional agriculture and urban farm,and then it determines to use multifunctional agriculture with "four functional theory" as the research method through the literature review.Based on "four functional theory",the writer visited four typical types of urban farms around Kunming.By comparing these four urban farms,this article summed up the prevalence of problems and construction advantages for urban farms around Kunming.Urban farms belong to multifunctional agriculture.Basing on the "four functional theory",this article analyzes and expands the "four functions" of urban farms.It made the development of urban farm planning and design from the humanities,ecology,economy,social function four aspects.With multifunctional agricultural theory,corresponding to the "four functions",this article established the multifunctional agricultural index system for urban farm to evaluate its benefit,which includes four aspects of 17 indicators about Select the humanities,ecology,economy,and social benefits.At the same time,this article gives the standard of benefit evaluation for urban farms.In this article,the research object which is named The rose valley of Chadian in Wuding is a new urban farm.Using multifunctional agriculture theory to plan and design this new urban farm,this design wants to build its multifunctional agricultural system through different parts,which includes organic agriculture,ecological agriculture,energy agriculture,tourism agriculture and cultural agriculture.This article evaluates the four benefits of multifunctional agriculture about The rose valley of Chadian in Wuding by the establishment of urban farm multifunctional agricultural index system.Through the study of literature,field research and planning practice,this article proposes to make the multifunctional agriculture theory as a guide for the planning and construction of urban farms.It will make the urban farm to be "Four sorts efficiency all prepared" and "Four sorts of incomes gathered one" for sustainable development.Finally,this article gives the recommendations about the future planning and design of urban farms,by hoping to provide some ideas and methods for the future urban farms construction in Kunming.
