| This paper will carry out water source heat pump technology research combined with one office building of a prison in hot summer and warm winter zone.Through the experimental study of the running characteristics and energy consumption simulation of the building,to provide reference and guidance for hot summer and warm winter zone water source heat pump technology in the application.The main research results are as follows:(1)A prison in hot summer and warm winter zone,the paper puts forward office building and living area of shell and tube heat exchanger heat coupling high temperature water source heat pump hot water system and air conditioning design method,the system can be integrated in summer cooling,cold and hot in summer,and to supply hot water for the whole year three applications.(2)Using single factor method to test air conditioning hot water system for cooling in the summer,summer cold heat supply installations and year-round hot water under the condition,research on environmental factors such as temperature,water temperature,unit operation time influence on unit and system,unit and system under different conditions the best operation condition of different season,the experimental results show that in the aspect of refrigeration,hot and cold hot water installations,and making life closed water source heat pump system to stable high efficiency and energy saving.(3)To separate refrigeration and total heat recovery mode of hot and cold water installations,working condition of performance testing,respectively,get cold and hot test installations working condition,unit and system coefficient performance is respectively 7.0 and 5.5;Water cooling unit and the system alone coefficient performance is 4.1 and 3.0.The experimental results show that the total heat recovery technology can greatly improve the energy saving effect of units and system.(4)According to the project of the comprehensive office building closed water source heat pump air conditioning system of the experimental data,the use of building energy consumption analysis software DesignBuilder to establish the integrated model and the air conditioning of the office building of the model,and the air conditioning system of building energy consumption simulation analysis accordingly.(5)The simulation results show that,to simulate the cooling load in summer and the actual system load is only 10%,while the heating load in winter is much lower than the cooling load in summer;Simulation architecture office equipment and lighting energy consumption accounted for 70%of building energy consumption. |
