| The centipede yarn fabric has the characteristics of good gloss,strong warmth,soft hand feeling,full cloth and superior to other fluff fabrics,and it is not easy to fluff.However,the friction between the decorative threads causes the centipede yarn fabric to have serious static problems,which makes the enterprise Facing a series of problems in the development of centipede yarn fabricAt present,there are relatively few studies on the static electricity problem of centipede yarn fabrics.According to the needs of enterprises and the market,this article discusses the methods of improving the antistatic properties of nylon centipede yarn fabrics from the aspects of antistatic agent finishing and antistatic fibers.And according to the anti-static performance of the fabric,anti-static washing resistance,drape performance,anti-lodging performance and hand feel,etc.,select the best anti-static technology and material,so that nylon centipede yarn fabric has good anti-static performance,It also has good performance and appearance.In terms of antistatic agent finishing,three types of antistatic agents are used to finish nylon centipede yarn fabrics.The experimental results show that the better antistatic performance is the anionic antistatic agent MOA-3PK-40(potassium alcohol ether phosphate potassium Salt),followed by cationic antistatic agent TY-XS023(nitrogen-containing compound polyoxyethylene derivatives)and finally nonionic antistatic agent T-920(quaternary amine salt compounds).Among them,the best finishing process conditions of anionic antistatic agent are mass concentration of 50g/L,water bath temperature of 40°C,water bath time of 25 min.The half-life of static voltage of the nylon centipede yarn fabric finished in this process is 1.01 s,the fabric has good The appearance style and taking performance.The best finishing process conditions of cationic antistatic agent are mass concentration of 40g/L,water bath temperature of 35℃,water bath time of 30 min,and crosslinking agent concentration of 5g/L.The nylon centipede yarn fabric finished in this process has a half-life of 2.19 s,and the fabric has a good appearance style and performance.The best finishing process conditions of non-ionic antistatic agent are mass concentration of 40g/L,water bath temperature of 35℃,and water bath time of 25 min.In thisprocess,the half-life of nylon centipede yarn fabric is 2.90 s,the appearance style and consumption performance of the fabric goodIn terms of materials,it mainly focuses on viscose and antistatic filament materials.The research results show that the antistatic properties of the centipede yarn fabric containing viscose are durable.With the increase of the viscose content,the antistatic properties of the centipede yarn fabric are enhanced.However,the anti-lodging and anti-pilling properties of the fabric trim reduce.Comprehensive anti-static performance and wearability of centipede yarn fabric 65% nylon 35%viscose is the best ratio scheme.Under this condition,the half-life of centipede yarn fabric is 1.96 s,and the wearability of the fabric is relatively good.In the study of antistatic filaments,graphene nylon material is used,and graphene nylon is applied to the core and decoration of the centipede yarn.The experimental results show that the application of graphene nylon to the core and decoration of the centipede yarn can make the centipede The yarn fabric has excellent antistatic properties.When graphene nylon is applied to the core of the centipede yarn,the fabric half-life is1.05s;when graphene nylon is applied to the decoration of the centipede yarn,the fabric half-life is 2.29 s,but the performance of both fabrics is slightly reduced.Considering the antistatic performance and wearability of the fabric comprehensively,it is a better solution to apply graphene nylon to the centipede yarn core. |
